One moment, one camera, one photo.... millions of memories. Get trigger happy, smile at strangers, pose like a random, remember good times, cry over lost loves, laugh at your hair and your goofy style from 10 years ago.... Capture that one moment that defines a thousand others

Hardcore meets Dubstep

Lately it's been trending for post-hardcore, hardcore and metalcore bands to incorporate Dubstep in their music. Being a fan of both Dubstep and hardcore this collaboration seemed only natural but many might say that these genres should not mix although I don't agree I will say that I think it's mixture that should be handled very carefully, If not well you'll end up sounding like brokeNCYDE and nobody wants to hear that.

I first noticed the wobblebass, dirty basslines and bassdrop ,all known typically to dubstep, coming from bands like Woe, is me, I see stars and Abandon all ships. The mixture of basslines with heavy swelling guitars, pounding drums, clean vocals and of course screaming vocals is something that shouldn't work... but surprisingly it does. I know that this may not be every one's cup of tea but keep an open mind and see for yourself.

Check out these tracks:

1. Attack! Attack! (US) - Smokahontas

2. Abandon all ships- Geeving

3. Woe, is me- Desolate [the conductor] and Mannequin religion

4. Breath Carolina- Down (jay Sean cover)

5. I see stars- End of the world party

6. The world alive- Like father like son

7. D.R.U.G.S- Mr. Owl ate my metal worm

8. Bring me the horizon- the sadness never ends (skrillex remix) & sleep with one eye open (tek-one remix)

9. Enter shakari- Havoc B

10. Asking Alexandria- A single moment of sincerity (Bare remix)

11. Architects- Day in day out (big chocolate remix)

The ballad of mona lisa

The ballad of mona lisa the new song off the forth coming third studio album of las Vegas alternative rockers Panic! At The disco. Panic may have disappeared for awhile but they're back and as good as ever. This track is catchy and well constructed. In true P!ATD style the chorus is infectious and gets your head bobbing and your feet tapping. Brendon Uries' voice is easy on the ears but also carries the song perfectly. A really good tracking setting the bar high for their new album Out March 29th.

10. Let's get it debut album

Pop-club-rock band from Ohio, Let's Get it, release their debut album in 2011. If you haven't heard of them do yourself a favour and download their EP Digital Spaces. Not much is known about their album but they announced on twitter that it will be out early 2011.

Architects- The here and now

The 24th of January 2011, 3 days from now the highly anticipated fourth studio album from UK ban the Architects will be officially released. The entire album is available for listening on there myspace page www.myspace.com/architectsuk and after just one listen I was hooked. The album is beautifully constructed into the perfect balance of gut-wrenching metalcore with a twist of post-hardcore thrown in. With pulsing drums, intense guitar riffs and a clear well produced sound each song is epic in its own way and the album offers variety from anthems like "Learn to live" and "Day in Day out" to the slower heartbreaking master-piece "An open letter to myself". The name The here and now was taken from the first single "Day in Day out" which was released in September 2010 along with a music video for the single which was released in November 2010. The album consists of ten new, original tracks as well as a dubstep remix of "Day in Day out" by Big chocolate. Do yourself a favour and get your hands on this album, its 44 minutes of pure metalcore awesomeness.
